Hi members thanks for your support. Now I'm in a weird situation, I applied for 3112 yesterday and I rushed even I'll have my baby in a week. I don't know what to do in this case. Need sincere reply from an expert. It will take atleast a month to get baby's passport but will get birth certificate in few days. What can I do or prepare early to tackle this situation. Thanks in advance.

You do not need to worry, you wait till you get your UCI No and once you get that then email CIC quoting your no and tell them about your baby. It is always good idea to contact your visa office. at this time just relax and enjoy your "this" time with your spouse.

Thanks a lot ZSW but is their any way I can let visa office know about our status change. UCI is so thing I'll get after they receive my file am I right?

Yes it is... but at this stage they will have no idea about your file location. Change in your circumstances like addition of baby in your family will not effect your application stage i.e. initial processing of your application till issuance of your UCI No. once you get that and your file transfer to your visa office, then you ll get email from your visa office stating if any change in your family circumstances then you can tell them or you can tell them as soon as you get your UCI No. or your file transferred to your visa office. it ll not effect your application at all. they ll not make any check until your file transferred to visa office. you are not going to hide anything from CIC. so chill man and enjoy and good luck with your application.

Well i think, its something to worry about as this is the form to be filled by both principal and spouse and they ll match the information given on both the declaration and more over if you see the guideline this form is something that your application can be returned.
this form is with NOTE symbol (means very important)
"Authority to disclose personal information
Declaration of applicant

Read all of the statements in all sections carefully. Sign and date in the boxes provided. By signing, you certify that you fully understand the questions asked, and that the information you have provided is complete, truthful, and correct. If you do not sign and date, the application will be returned to you."

You may send the fresh declaration along with covering letter that you missed that date of birth of your father in law and treat your new declaration as part of your application. as he is deceased then i think it ll not make any difference but you should tell them all the information correctly. and finally you can send them through fax mentioning your name, date of birth and date when you application received and your NOC.

BUT

there is no need to put your father in law detail in your declaration form, you have to put your father and mother detail on your form... and your children detail should be same as your spouse and you ll put the same information.

i hope it ll help you.

Its better to have a look on guideline.

Hello colleagues.. :) I am always a watcher in this forum, but get help a lot from your beautiful conversations. I have just sent my applications on 2nd November which is destined to be reached at 7th instant. How is my chance? Hope we all will survive this waiting period. Cheers.

It's been since 22 October that I have sent the ECA Courier Services Authorization Form to MCC, but the money for the courier service are not withdrawn by MCC yet. My documents status hasn't changed to "Verified and Passed" yet.

Should I remind MCC about the request for courier service that I have made? I don't want MCC to send my ECA report via regular mail by mistake...

Please advice
