It's been since 22 October that I have sent the ECA Courier Services Authorization Form to MCC, but the money for the courier service are not withdrawn by MCC yet. My documents status hasn't changed to "Verified and Passed" yet.

Should I remind MCC about the request for courier service that I have made? I don't want MCC to send my ECA report via regular mail by mistake...

Please advice

MCC works like very typical govt. department and you have to push them and the best way is to make a call and you ll see the difference. Good luck

Don't worry. It took MCC two weeks for me to change status from source verification returned to process completed. Whenever your process is complete they will send you two mails regarding request for ECA report processed and ECA courier fees received and processed. From my experience I think you will have to wait for couple more days. Cheers.

Don't worry you ll be fine... the ECA is very frustrating process so i m sure it ll not even reach 1000. Good Luck

Quick question: I am applying on behalf of my sister and she shall receive the ECFMG report by courier next week(Applied end of June). Is it too late for applying now? Is there a chance? Also her hospital is not willing to provide detailed reference letters but are happy to confirm if any request is made by CIC. They are willing to provide basic letters which highlights some duties and mentions about her. Would this be an issue? Its really frustrating that they are not willing to cooperate with her. Look forward to replies. thanks

First of all as you have invested lot of money and time there is no harm to send your application to CIC... have your hopes high as i already said on this forum CIC will not have 1000 applications end of dec 2014 due to ECA lengthy process. you should apply in any case.
For your job letters you must submit along with your application, if you don't your application ll return stating that you did not provide job letter or if you send with insufficient jobs even then your application will return stating that your job duties does not match. so i would suggest if your hospital is not ready to give you letter with jobs you can get reference letter from your senior and attach his/her business card with that and also send a covering letter to CIC mentioning the fact. moreover you should get the basic letter from hospital related to your job start date, your salary, and working hours and for job duties get from senior. Good luck.

I would suggest to go for courier... you ll not have option to track and yo have very less time to apply. if possible order through courier. Good Luck.

NORMAL DELIVERY LL TAKE 4-5 MONTHS

Plz seniors who had received positive per report .. plz inbox me ur pattern of experience letter and reference letter as my attorney giving me hard time in accepting my this document ..

I am so tense . I have made 4 trips to hosp. Where i workd to get these letteres ..its so hectic as its far from the place am living right now..like 200 km or more...

1. Courier fee is NOT INCLUDED in ECA fee. Its actually 134 CAD I think, you have to download, print and fill a courier request form from MCC website including credit card details. Then you have to email the scanned copy of the form to the MCC email address.


Mcc checks email in 10 to 12 days .. how v vil do this as card has to be activated just before foreign transections??
