NOC 3112 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

Hi seniors,

I already have my diploma verified on my EPIC account. I want to know, when the application from MCC arrives at EICS, will they routinely check EICS database for my information, or I have to tell them that my credential is ready on my account? please advise!

Once u have made account on physiciansapply, enter your EICS number so that once the MCC will contact ECFMG they will check your EICS number and will not send to college for source verification.
Seniors plz correct me if im wrong.

Bro, I got my Birth Certificate issued by NADRA, and its in English and Urdu both. Do I need to get it translated too? Just want to confirm as CIC says that any document not in English shall be translated. Thank You!

Bro I asked the same question on the forum and seniors replied that there is no need for it to be translated. But a friend of mine who applied last year and his application was accepted advised me to get translations done nevertheless, just to be sure. So I sent the application with translations of birth and marriage certificates with attested copies of the original certificates. So basically its upto you. Other members also please advise.

Yes best of luck to you too. Just hope that the CAP holds tull our applications get opened. NOC 3111 and 3112 likely to start heating up somewhere during August applications as ECAs start becoming available.

I applied for fsw last may 2, 2014 and my application was returned due to a missed document, i received the letter from CIO just this OCtober 7, 2014 and i had to update my application as i will re-apply because the cap last week was only 778, my application will reach CIO by tomorrow, as i checked today in cic.gc.ca , sadly, it indicates that the cap is already 1,000. In my updated application i attached a letter informing them that my application was only returned because of a missed document. i read in their website that cap [1] (when you pressed that button the following will appear.)

" The number of complete federal skilled worker applications received since May 4, 2014 is an estimate."

Is it possible that i still might have a chance for them to accept my application?

Best of luck bro. Estimating by pace of MCC & LVO I think the medical categories will start filling up somewhere in late Nov. to early Dec. Our applications turn will come in Feb probably. Hopefully by that time CAP will not be full inshaAllah.

I'm a dermatologist who work as a university lecturer , I filed my application at 14th of july and i'im anxiously waiting for result

I applied to the noc 4011 ( university lecturer) and I included a WES report showing the following result of my bachelor degree

(First Professional Degree(Doctor of Medicine ) ( according to CIC this equalls 23 points )

I couldn't send my board degree in dermatology ( which is my speciality degree in dermatology ) I didnt send to WES because i believe it will make things more complicated and I dont think they assess professional degree?


I just knew that in order to apply for 4011 , you should have a master degree in order to apply as a lecturer ( which I am!!!!)


so do you guys think CIC will refuse my application ? I wrote that i have A PHD degree ( my board ) as according to my lawyer a medical board equals a PHD degree ?!! I'm I safe or not ?


the problem I also applied for MCC credential assessment ( once again i only included my primary degree not my board degree ) as also I understood that MCC only assess primary degrees .


of course my primary degree assessment is suspended for 6 months now as my home town is controlled by ISIS now and my university is not functioning any more !!!!!!!!


please experts , do you think CIC will accept the WES report of my bachelor degree as a proof of me teaching as a lecturer?
