I have submitted an ECA request on the 13th of September, so I was wondering how long will it take from here. Any information will be highly appreciated. My medical school diploma has been received and verified by the ECFMG and is available on the portal.

As soon as docs are reviewed and accepted by MCC, they just update status in your account and send to ECFMG. ECFMG sends to your medical school within 2 days. But they dont notify in this regard. Best is to check with your collegr 20-25 days after MCC mail of docs being reviewed and accepted.

Arch.lenin bro has your status been updated on MCC website as Verification Passed? Did you go to your college to speed up the process? When did your verified docs from college reach ECFMG?

Need some help guys. I have been doing private practice since 2010. Have never held a job. What can I attach as my experience proof? I read that I should ask patients to give me written that I am their physician and I have charged them xxxx amount for consultation, surgery etc. How many such letters should I send and is there any set format for it? Do I have to attach some identity docs of my patients also. Secondly, its very difficult to get in touch with patients who came to me 3 or 4 years back. How can I prove that I've been working since then. Am in a real fix regarding this issue. Please advise.

that what is written on cic site :
as a specialist physician (NOC 3111) or general practitioner/family physician (NOC 3112), the Medical Council of Canada must do an educational credential assessment only for your primary medical diploma

dear bro .. my status has been updated to verification returned and passed in my account. I went to my college within 2 days they received the doc from ecfmg and i sent the doc to ecfmg by courier within 3rd day. But the sender of the doc should be your medical college. I just boosted up the process presenting my medical college. My doc reached 3rd September to ecfmg.
