I think you have to show the connections through Birth Certificates...in you care it should be your husband's, his mother's and his uncle's birth certificate.

I have the same problem as well. My maternal aunt lives in Canada, however at the time of birth of my mother as well as my aunt no official Birth Certificates were there in Pakistan and also because they were home births. I am confused what to do. Some folks suggested attaching matric certificates (they have their father's name written in them) might work with a cover letter explaining the situation to the CIC. So that is what I am going with. Also attaching all other required documents like Citizen Card copy etc.

Has anyone here heard of anyone applying for 3111 (Specialist Physician) NOC and getting ECA done for their Specialist Degree / Diploma? My ECA is in the process but thats just for Medical degree. Some people said that speciality experience and assessment will be taken from the experience letters attached? Can anybody update if they know of any Specialist Physicians who have gotten ECA done for their Speciality based degree/diploma. If yes then from where?
Thanks

You can get birth certificates even now from the health departments or city corporations in Bangladesh by showing proper documents

Hi all,

I sent in my fsw application last week via usps, and it showed me that it was received at the Sydney cio office. What happens from here? will they mail me to inform me via email? and what are the next steps before there is an approval for PR is given to me and my wife?

regards

You will have to patiently wait for a notification of Credit Card charge or PER (positive eligibility review) email. Average time for notification right now is 100 days. If you have sent Demand Draft, Pay Order, Money Order, then you will get notification about it’s encashment in PER [Add another 12 days to original average time].

You ll get update from CIO office once they ll open your application and if your application fulfilled all the requirements then u ll get confirmation email. Current trends shows if your application just reached then u have to wait for any update from CIO at least 4 to 5 months.
Good luck

Thanks..Actually my mother in law is no more.. and her death certificate shows her husband's name.. so I have to search for other strong supporting document for proof of relationship I guess

Dear Seniors,
I hv to translate some of my documents. Would you pls explain me the procedure? In the instruction guide CIC said to get an affidavit from the translator who has sworn in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country. Who is this Commissioner of oaths?? I am from Bangladesh.
