I think you have to show the connections through Birth Certificates...in you care it should be your husband's, his mother's and his uncle's birth certificate.

I have the same situation... my wife's paternal uncle lives in Canada... I am thinking about attaching passport copy as everything is mentioned on it plus the NAC (non availaibility certificate) of both my wife's father n uncle which has all the details except dob....what say guys?? is it fine?

Guys,
on the main FSW 2014 thread, a valuable member (forum name - ToCanadawithLove - unfortunately he got his file returned) has posted "Reason of Returns Letter" written by CIC to him. he has uploaded the whole letter.

This is the checklist which CIC use to verify whether our applications are complete or not (when they receive our applications at CIO -NOVA SCOTIA)

so i request to you (everyone) who is going to apply, please read this document carefully and make sure you do not make any mistake which is listed.

click on the image, it will become large.

please also pray for that member, may God help him to get success for his new application.

A post graduate trainee doing diploma(but without a degree yet) would fall under NOC 3111 or 3112?
NOC 3111 includes post graduate trainees too but my duties fall in NOC 3112.but it wasnt general practice it was in paediatrics dept. Can anyone help regarding this.
Also do we have to show work experience of 1 yr housejob too?
Thanks in advance

if your post graduate degree/doploma not completed then you fall in 3112. the house job is acceptable if its paid, full time and fulfilled the required job description.
it ll not have any problem if you even cover the 70-80% of job duties which i believe u ll make it in paediatrics dept too including your house job.
plz see the link for job duties

Thanks zsw. So is it ok if I write my occupation as medical doctor or resident physician

FINALLY RECIEVED ECA REPORT
DOCTOR OF MEDICINE

CONGRATULATION

Hey everyone!
I have submitted an ECA request on the 13th of September, so I was wondering how long will it take from here. Any information will be highly appreciated. My medical school diploma has been received and verified by the ECFMG and is available on the portal.
All the best for those applying for FSWP! :)
