Dear obaied,

You can send your SVR Documents from your Medical College by courier. But keep in mind that, sender should be your medical college.
ECFMG should not know that you have involved in this process. Otherwise, it's fine. It has worked for some of the forum members (even me).

ECFMG should accept the first documents. You can wait 2/3 days to check update by them. If they will not update the status, better you can resend the documents.
