First of all you need to get ECA report for 3112.
The Medical Council of Canada (MCC) has been designated by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism to provide Educational Credential Assessments (ECAs) for:

Principal Applicants intending to apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP) and for whom general practitioner and family physician OR specialist physician would be the primary occupation for their application to immigrate to Canada.

If you have not already submitted your final medical degree (diploma) for source verification (either through MCC-Online, PCRC-Online or physiciansapply.ca):
Open an account with physiciansapply.ca.
Submit a source verification request (SVR) for your final medical degree (diploma).
Note — candidates will need to pay an account fee, if not previously paid, and a document fee.
Send a copy of the final medical degree (diploma).
If the document is in a language other than English or French, the document will need to be translated.
Submit the required identity documentation. (for that you require copy of passport and pictures) once you open your account with physiciansapply.ca they will send you all the relevant documents.

As i got mine so i could avoid this type tiny mistake.
also I would like to know, is there any plm if i send my Report through Courier (Fedex, DHL)?

College missed the seal stamp first time and I lost almost 1 month (40 days approx) for 2nd SVR. I think some forum members have used the Fedex for courier. They can better guide. Mine was through regular mail. Thanks

No problem to use courier.
For my SVR one of my friend contacted college and gave them their required money. They sent it by courier and it reached to ECFMG today but before they received my SVR, ECFMG resend SVR request to college again today as it was more than 60 days from 1st request sent. I dont know weather ECFMG will now accept my SVR which reached today to them.

My MCC ECa status still says 'in progress', they recieved the request on 14th aug..im now worried what if i cross the deadline!
Any idea how much time will they take?

Will the MCC still charge 135 CAD if I ask to mail on the mailing adress to toronto? (My representative)

what will be the visa office for pakistani applicants?

Dear obaied,

You can send your SVR Documents from your Medical College by courier. But keep in mind that, sender should be your medical college.
ECFMG should not know that you have involved in this process. Otherwise, it's fine. It has worked for some of the forum members (even me).

ECFMG should accept the first documents. You can wait 2/3 days to check update by them. If they will not update the status, better you can resend the documents.

Don't worry, time is there to fill the cap for NOC 3112. Keep your every documents ready. Whenever, you will get the ECA Report, submit immediately.

If you want to receive your ECA report to Toronto, you may can get it. No harm.

For the Permanent Residency Visa for Pakistani applicants, Visa Office is London.

Hi,
My College had sent through FedEx and it works perfectly. You need to be sure that the sender is your medical college not you
I should advice to avoid regular mail service and use the currier service.
