could sombody explain what does cover mean ? i'm still confused ? i only said 1 page of passport (certified) and one page of my degree certificate(certified)?
isnt this enough?

When you are going to ask for Source Verification in MCC webpage, it will generate automatically the cover page. So, for that you need to open the account in MCC.

• Authorized representatives at the Dean or at the Registrar offices of the candidate's faculty (school) of medicine
• Officials at any embassy or consulate (Not after May 30)
• Notary public
• Lawyers (member of an official bar association)
• First-class magistrates, judges/justices of the peace

It is up to you from where you will do it.

The only methods of payment accepted are Visa or MasterCard credit cards (Interac and Visa debit cards are not accepted). Please verify your card details and try again. Dose your brother's card permit for int'l transaction?

From my experience they are very strict on documents and certification requirements. I suggest call them and ask them.
