NOC 3012 applying to FSW 2014

Hi guys! My application is under NOC 3012, application received by "Mike" last December 17, 2014. It has been 4 months since they received my application but got no news about it until now. Should I start calling cic hotline and check on my application status? The thing is, my DD's gonna be stale on the 3rd of May. Any news from NOC 3012 december 2014 applicants? Have you received any email/feedback from CIC?

Got my documents back in India on 31st March,they mailed on 9th feb.Reason cap filled for 3012.I was sept.18 applicant.
Miumiu was right when said in Dec.that may be cap is filled!!!!

My application was denied due to CAP filled. I am a October 1 applicant. They said that the documents was deliver to us last Feb but until now no documents or memo from post office. Anyone here experience the same problem? I'm from Cebu Philippines. Need help guys.. need your information.

Im an oct 27 applicant. I emailed cio last feb 17 but until now no reply. How long will it takes to receive a response from them?

Anyone here who already received their document back?

And could someone tell me how to encash your bank draft, i mean credit it back to your account. BPI bank draft .

Sept applicant here. Based in Manila, haven't received the files back yet. There's nothing we can do, since it's snail mail and not trackable... We just have to wait.

My friend applied for Permanent residency under FSWC NOC 3012(Foreign Skilled Worker Class) from India in July 2014. His DD was cleared in August BUT received file number in Jan 2015 after sending out inquiry to Sydney Office..

Did not hear any thing afterwards......

Any suggestions what should we do next....

hey guys! anyone here got their documents back? i'm a Nov applicant, cap reached. Was told my docs were sent back last Feb. but haven't received them yet until now. signed up under CIC-Canadian Immigration Consultancy, (which i wish i didn't) and they told me that the return address was theirs not mine so I tried calling them in their office to ask if they have received it but my agent there was on indefinite leave and no one can give me an answer whether my docs have been received or not (ugh!!!!!) So anyone here who got signed up under cic as well? did you get your files back? please let me know. I'm just concerned with my bank draft, i fear that they might use my identity (considering they have all my background data) and have my money transferred to their acct or whatever so need your help on this please. Thanks!

regarding dd im not sure if otherthan who mentioned in dd can withdraw the money go to the bank n veryfy or ask them to cancell by giving quote dd no

How much scores u make?

I have a question.... In education points... When nursing is a licensed profession....why its not put under masters/ professional degree for which licensing is required.

The later gives us.. 126 points but degree gives only 112 points... A big difference!!!!
