NOC 3012 applying to FSW 2014

Further to my above post as your NOC is 3012, which was already capped by CIC as per 16th December update, therefore you might get back your file. Not to disappoint you but read below post by another forumite:-

I have the same question. My application was recieved on 13th november and no news yet. Should I have any hope logically or not?

I am here to tell you guys to do a strong prayer for Noc 3012 because today I heard from my consultant that noc 3012 is capped by mid september.That is y me and those applied on October did not hear anything so far.Believe that nothing is impossible for God.Keep our faith in God and do prayer everyday.In the name of Jesus,let you guys and me receive PER soon.

I do not understand how come an consultancy say that the cap been filled in September itself
where cap fill showed only in December in CIC
I too had called my consulrant
it's like no one knows what is happening for sure unless they anounce or file been returned or unless some body post their status
I even heard from my agent saying the June application for some other noc is not been charged
still finger crossed

I am so sorry but it's just that until there is some news we can't say anything
I have been trying since 2011 still keep ing the hopes
my application is in Nov at least yours in October
always believe God will not close door unless he opens the another door or window
Have faith everything is possible with God
only thing I don't understand why CIC IS VERY SLOW IN PROCESSING noc 3012
