hello fellow NOC 3012!
I sent my application last September 5, 2014 and received last September 10, 2014, I don't have any news regarding my application.
A friend of mine who also send her application last September 1 already received her PER. I wonder why the process become this slow.
Please answer my question, is it true that due to express entry, last years application was back logged? thank you very much

last year's applications are not back logged.
Noc 3012,3233 are being processed now.
keep the spirit high. Dont give up.
Sometimes application reached after yours is considered first because official is not same for all the applications.

Further to my above post as your NOC is 3012, which was already capped by CIC as per 16th December update, therefore you might get back your file. Not to disappoint you but read below post by another forumite:-

Dear All,

I applied for FSW 2014. NOC 2171. September 4 applicant
& I got this reply from CIC today. I mailed them on 4 Dec & got this reply on 6 Feb.
So I think that 3 sep applicant was right. Game over for all applicants who applied after 3 sep.
Start preparing for Express Entry. Best Of luck.
