NOC 2281 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

I too fear the same. there is no news from Nov 20th DD applicant like Newworld and Kaustubh_51 who is cc applicant from NOV 21. Now its almost 10 days no news except one of them posted that One of the Dec 1 CC has been charged.

Calm down our noc cant be filled , based on last upadte it was around 750.So no question of 250 applicants just filling up in few weeks.

Im pretty sure ur safe ,you need to wait another 8-10 days. No point in worrying keep patience have faith Good News on its way...Cheers ;D

I am 3rd dec applicant with NOC 2281. Expecting to get CC charged today/tomorrow.

There are only 2 reasons why we see NOC 2281 is not moving. Either this NOC is full or all Nov 20 onwards guys should expect their package to get delivered it back to them. Its obvious that CIC will not just keep our files with them thinking what to do!!

As per my understanding, NOC is not full. So if we dont get our CC or DD charged in expected time CIC will return the package. Note that while sending file back CIC uses normal post which takes almost 2 months to get delivered.

Your views on my understanding please!

I've inquired with the money exchanger who issued my DD and they told me that they cannot track if it has been en-cashed.
I'm a bit worried now because of lack of update from applicants after 20 NOV, should i be worried?
Mehrdad2014 on page 31 updated saying that a friend of his was charged on Jan 23 who was a DEC 1 applicant.

I can understand how painful/anxiuos this waiting period is, but at the same time please have a look on other noc's.

Im pretty sure that applicants of other noc's are also in same boat, didnt see any one ccc/dd encashment applicants from last many

days.So assuming we are out of game or any kind of negative spirit will bring down moral of other forum mates.

CIC have to do dual roles for FSWP and EE. Untill and unless u get mail notification ur very much in the game..

Till Early October there was 715 Application received. so left behind was 285. We must not froget not all applicant in this forum and not all in this forum updating the SS. We should not lose our hope.

I am not sure who is your money exchanger, mine is thomas cook and they are ready to provide me the dd details.
They will not be proactive, but I need to send an email with DD Number and a few other things to them and they said they will revert in 2 days with the status.
I have asked them already mostly will have an update by tomorrow or so.
I am Dec-17 Applicant, very sure that my DD will be encashed only post Feb 15 cuz it takes almost 1 week for DD to be encashed as per forums.

Dear Seniors,

I'm really concerned about my application status, I can see that a lot of applicants from my same NOC2281 have already received their PER even though their applications were received after my date which is 14th October. I contacted CIC and I got my UCI# which was not of much help as the ECAS doesn't show anything. The bank I got my DD from told me they cannot confirm if DD has been encashed or not. The attorney I applied through told me that no need to worry as they have not received the package back and they have not received NER as well.
Does it really make any difference from where the application has been sent? In my case it has been sent from Abu Dhabi (UAE), and the bank used is ADIB (Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank). Everything has been sent along with my application (IELTS, WES, Certifications, PCC except from my home country as it took time but I have it now, etc... and all have been checked and verified by the attorney office).
My application has been received by a guy called MIKE. What does it mean to have a UCI#? completeness check done??? Is there a chance that they lost my application? I don't know really what to do or how to proceed. I'm really worried and would like your advise.
I have sent an e-mail today morning to CIO but I know I won't get any reply before at least a month.

Congratulations!!

By this in my assumption it is clear that oct 27 applicant got charged on Dec 30th. It is understood that 2281 Noc is crawling but i think cap is not reached.

All the Nov & Dec applicants be cool and patience you will hear good news soon.
