I didn't hear anything from CIC so far, I'm a bit worried.
Please advise

Did your CC get charged or did your DD get encashed.
I got my DD from thomascook and they are ready to provide the status, they just need some verification then they tell you in a day or two if the DD was encashed.
I believe someone said similar process exist for HDFC

That's right. In HDFC you have to visit the same branch from where one has got DD prepared and share the DD details. They can find out all the details about DD in 2-3 working days.

As per Vlan2015 Latest PER for 2281 is from Oct23 (svga) and Oct22 (zac989) as per his posting on 21st Jan 2015.

Based on the SS, last MR for 2281 was from 30July2014 applicant (visit0r); entry was updated on24January2015.

My Ecas status is active (21-Jan) now "In Process".

Im bit worried about DOB on my ECA report, instead 0f mm-dd-yyyy it is appearing as dd-mm-yyyy.

However my consultants has rectified this error in wes report but he said it is not notified to cic..

Does it create any problem or cic will check WES for incorrect DOB.

I'm not so sure but I don't think this will be an issue; as what you said, your consultant has already rectified it with WES, so incase CIC checks with WES to verify then they will be informed of the corrected DOB and that assessment of your credentials is genuine. But will you be receiving a corrected copy of the report?! In my honest personal opinion, this is something not to be worried about since you already have your first line in e-CAS (completeness check is done) and month-day format can be interpreted differently, and main purpose of ECA is to assess your credentials. so relax and wait for your PER. all the best buddy!
