Regarding completeness check these 222 are applicant which have been charged. On my observation these are until 06/10 you can check on SS.On 16/12 they cahrged 06/10. That means that 715 are applicants until 06/October. From 1 May until 06 October 715 applicant 4.55 per a day. From 06/10 until 1/12 it almost 60 days.... it is 275 new applicants that means CAP will be full on the beginning of December.

Hi edisonwang66...to your calculation if we add up 493+222 then it would be 715 as of 16th Dec 2014....out of 1000 applications if 715 reached the cap then we have 285 applications vacant in order to reach the cap....to my knowledge, the process is first come first serve....So, we should good enough to fit in the cap as my application was received on 18th Dec.....your thoughts?

Imaging that CIO was still charging 2281 applicant (15th Nov signed) last time, if this is the last one get charged, all the packages will be returned because of capped NOC, and it will take 2-3 months to get to you.
So, if NOC capped, we are expecting the returned package by May.

If CAP is full our documentnt will be with us March-Apr.... I sow on SS we will get after 3.5 mounts of received date to CIC.

Hi friends,

I am applicant of 1st December, 2014 and NOC 2281......on monday i.e. 9/2/2015 I enquired about my DD which was not charged.

Waiting for one more week as It doesn't seems that cap is reached as per estimation given on CIC update before they had proceeded on xmax leave.

No one has given the clear idea of DD charged for 1st Dec, NOC 2281 till date & time.

why everyone is talking about the cap been full

CIC has posted on 16th dec and there were still room for 250 more apps

if the cap would have reached after the charging of 20th Nov then it would not have made any sense for cic to put up these figures in December

i see noc 2172 has also stopped charging and you can see it is no way near reaching cap

kindly check on some other colder NOcs which are not even charging since mid november

maybe CIC is now focusing on just colder nocs

Those may be the NOC which has already been capped when their package got to CIO, so the CIO returned their package right away.
2281 was still charging earlier, so I think the packages for 2281 returned because of capped NOC will be getting us by May.
Anyway, what I mean is that the package cannot get to us so early. So, the final call must be earlier than the date we get our packages back.

Nothing could be concluded with the present scenario.....but could be expected that cap is neither reached for 2172 nor 2281

Is this accurate? From the excel file the total up to the 30th of Dec is still below the 1000 cap. How can it be full?

There are people out there who aren't reporting on this website. Do count them too.

Hi,

I have been reading posts from different threads and was not able to write due to busy schedule. I just want to add my details here for everybody's reference. So far, I haven't received any feedback from CIC if my application is capped out. The only thing I am holding right now is that my documents are still with them, I guess if it's mailed back to me I have already received it by now since the return address is just within Canada. Hoping and praying that it will not happen though, let's just hold our faith tight and stretch more patience.
