NOC 2281 for FSWP in 2014, Let's network here

As per last update of CIC in December last week, the applicants till 10th Dec. would be safe for 2281.

After that, cap might be full & the applications might get returned.

Most chances of Nov.15-30 applicants getting an update on charging & PER might be last week Feb. to 1st week of March 2015.

Is this accurate? From the excel file the total up to the 30th of Dec is still below the 1000 cap. How can it be full?

I think last I read was 16th Nov getting PER, I would think that People till 19th are already charged so in next 3 days they should get their PER and then we will see a charging trend again, mostly from Friday or Monday Next Week.

I have initiated the process to check whether my DD has been cleared or not. They require 2-3 business days to process.....fingers crossed...anxiously waiting.... :-X keep you guys posted on the status....

I am 20th Nov Applicant and I had regularly followed the CIC caps on thier webiste and I know that till 15th Dec 2015 the total applications for 2281 was showing as MAX 750.

So first thing I am sure of is 2281 CAP is not reached since 1000 is the limit.

Secondly, FSWP program is FIRST COME FIRST SERVE and looking at the same website the count of all the NOCs was not more that 17000 so it has actually not crossed the 25000 limit. See that I am talking about anything related to spreadsheet since it may have not all the users registered.

So ALL those whose file is reached by 31st Dec closing day of CIC office then it will be included for NOC 2281 and for all the other NOCs except whose 1000 cap has been reached before that.

2281s has high hope and keep your fingers crossed and sit tightly you never know when you will hear from them... Keep checking your inboxes

The only thing which I am not sure about is the situation where if 1000th Applicant got rejected then they pull other candidate or not for the same NOC to set the mark of 1000 or simply they stop there.

Thanks for calm words....waiting time from CIO is killing me.... did you get charged? when was the application received by them?

Starting to lose hope. Just now checked with the bank that draft is still outstanding. Why CIC is taking time to collect and process our application. It doesn't make sense why they halted after launching the EE program.

I won't dampen your hope, but we have to face the reality that we are really gradually walking away from the luck. Figures on the CIC report of Dec. 16 is 493 completed, and 222 pending, if my understanding is correct, 222 pending means the applicants who have been charged, because charge is the last step of completeness check, only passing completeness check, does CIC put it in the pending pool, and 493 refers to the one who gets his per. Of course, if my inference is flawed, please correct me. As a Dec. 1 applicant, I also hope miracle can be seen.

Hi edisonwang66...to your calculation if we add up 493+222 then it would be 715 as of 16th Dec 2014....out of 1000 applications if 715 reached the cap then we have 285 applications vacant in order to reach the cap....to my knowledge, the process is first come first serve....So, we should good enough to fit in the cap as my application was received on 18th Dec.....your thoughts?
