19th nov applicant. Want to know as you said the DD will start charging for nov next month so thus we will be counted in the cap from the date 19th nov or from the date when our DD is charged.

as on 19th if there are 999 applicants for example and cc of 28 nov charged but our dd charged on after last cc charge date 28nov so should we are in the cap or not.

You are in the CAP as you are 19/11 and 20/11 applicant was charged. Main deference is about faster information regarding CC charging. DD is 2 weeks behind CC but the are NO differences for CAP.

Relax about CAP guys. As far as I know, our NOC wasn´t full. In fact, I really thought that we would have more people apllying for our NOC..
Anyway, if you sent your application before the end of December, I would say you´re in the game.

last PER i saw from SS for 2281 is from Oct 17 applicant (burpx). last CC charge is from Nov 20 applicant (DieHard). all the best guys, stay strong!

Since yesterday we are seeing few Nov 20th Applicants CC being charged. So it should happen at any moment. Relax and be positive. I too am Nov 24th Applicant and keeping fingers crossed.
