I have bachelor in Microbiology and my experience is mixed between research and clinical microbiology.

is that 100 % same as in cicsite?

I don't think you have to perform all the mentioned duties in the NOC but most of them. as for your reference letter, it should show that you performed these duties but not word by word.

i ref letter shows only 60% JD of cic site. pls share ur experiance on this. vo seems to be bit liberal now. they dont even call all emplayers if sumbitted all supporting documents. hope to move next july 2012 if every thing goes well.
