NOC 2016 structure

Has anyone noticed there is a new NOC out? It is an update to the 2011 structure. The last update stamp on the page is today's date. I glimpsed a few NOCs in the Business area and there were no changes.

I have not seen anywhere as yet that makes mention of this change.
