I have done a detailed analysis on Different NOc which has total number of applications, around 800 to 900 files of 16 DECember updated... No NOc CC or DD got charged after 20th October , they are charging more of those NOC which have lesser number of files in that. So Hope for the best and we will get good news soon..

Hi everyone, you can find her on this forum by nickname. But if you will follow her posts you can find info that she sent her application somehwere in august and got it as incomplete in december, so she is resubmitted 22 december. I think she did mistakes in SS

After all this, I pray and wish better I dnt get charged rather than getting charged and finally due to poor policies / management the file returns back after charging...

Applicants after 21st,Oct onwards have not been charged yet and 1123 is completely stuck seems to be lost into darkness...

There something strange/weird happening and future of 1123 is becoming uncertain and unpredictable...

After careful analysis of my options and after getting a perspective (because I was pretty mad at Canada in all because of this stupid situation ). I think I will try to go for EE. I have nothing to loose, as all my docs are ready. I just might change the NOC to 0124, as this is my current position.

Hello Helena,

I am just shocked to see this! I was away from forum for few days, i was sure you would've got your PER as well. Your duties from this form photo seems fine but maybe in the reference letter it was not matching. I did not put any duties here in form, just couple of words in 1 line. However, in reference letter i wrote all.

But may be God had different (Better) plan for you. We all know that if one door is closed for you, many other opens. As your documents are all ready, you can apply for EE.

After all, even if I don't end up in Canada at the end, it is so great to share with so many great people here. You really made these mentally hard times much easier!!

As I wrote above, after being super mad at the entire country, I think I will go for EE, as I have nothing to loose. I learned to be patient and I will continue my life normally and see what happens... Maybe my luck will turn...

my ECAS showed 2nd line updated today ;D it says started processing your application on 15th january i am so so so happy plz plz pray that i get MR soon....all july applicants just keep positive hope and patience good news will be coming soon to all of us :-* its just a matter of time and patience which is really imporatant in this long waiting procedure.....all the best to all

Don't worry please. We will never know what exactly didn't match in my app. Each and every of our cases is unique and I really believe that I was just unlucky. When I get home this weekend I will try to check in details the duties and matching, and if I come up with something logical I will let you know.

But, please don't worry!

My app got there just 7 days after yours and I haven't been even charged yet! Go figure what happens with this crazy noc!
