I agree. It us one of the must haves of the app and I'm afraid that they are pretty strict at CIC with this.

We had some more questions like this on the forum and everyone said that CIC will return the app if this lacks.

Hi, I'm almost sure that you will be ok to go under 1123. But don't take me for granted please.

For Company 1, I think 1123 is definitely ok. For Company 2, it could be interpreted as in between 1123 and 4163, but for me it is much more 1123.

For sure none of the above goes under 0124 as it is a senior managerial position (VPs, directors and managing comitee members...).

they mean if some supporting documnt is missing, it can be added..

seen cases returned for it.
but if ur Eca is late and u r aout to miss fwsp, try it..

Hi!

I have applied for my ECA and have all other docs ready except for the eca certificate.

So my question is can I submit the form to the immigration with a cover letter saying that only ECA is pending?

As in the form it says all docs should be submitted otherwise it will be treated as incomplete and returned back.

BUT in their help center faq webpage and video they say if you cannot provide all the docs at the time of submission then to just add a cover letter to state the docs missing with its reason.

So if I submit all forms and documents with a cover letter stating ECA is missing and will be supplied when I receive it, is it okay?
