I totally disagree with this post because firstly there is no CAP limit for people having job offer so how he is being notified that your application is returned because of CAP.

i really respect your hope.......i am 1123 applicant in december..........but in my opinion theses noc had been capped....why i say that??because there is no one reason to delay from cic expect that noc capped...........i am sorry to say that but this is the only analaysis

I calculated cap date about 1111, 1123, 2132, 2133 and 4011.
I assumed that the date of the last updating on 12.16 is till 10.31, my result is：
1111（n 931）11.14 cap
1123（n 822）12.10 cap.
2132（n 907）11.19 cap.
2133（n 777）12.23 cap.
4011（n 813）12.12 cap.
Other NOC should not cap till 12.31 .

Formula: (1000-n)/(n/184)
Note: 184 is days from 5.1 to 10.31

Just to inform that I was rejected on Jan 12th, but had just received the package back yesterday. The good news is that appearently the NOC 1123 started to move again.

Hello,

NOC 1123 applicant here, the application was received by the CIO on December 15 2014.Still not charged for the fees yet.

Was it too late and shall i forget about it and move on or is there still a chance?

Note: Up until I applied, the official CIC page showed only 385 received apps out of 1,000 for this category, so I thought it was ok to apply.

I called cic today and they told noc 1111 capped and application returned because 1111 is full
It's very bad for cic no responsibility they told 931

i don't think its due to CAP, if CIC charged his application and then got rejected, that means there is something wrong with the application, if cap was filled then as per my knowledge they will not charge cc and return the application unopened.

NOC 1111

Application received 13 November by CIC

I received an email today from CIC requesting for my PO Box number. The email also has a UCI number however no CC charged.

What does that mean, is my application being processed or returned?
