Hey Folks :)

I've just joined this forum. Can you be kind enough to update my details onto the spreadsheet:

Category........: FSW1
NOC Code...... : 1122
VO................: New Delhi
App. Filed.......: 11 Oct 2010
App received...: 15 Oct 2010
CC charged.....: 21 Oct 2010
AOR Received.: Waiting
IELTS Request: Originals with app

I thought that getting CC/BD cashed signifies 1st AOR (although indirectly) otherwise why would CIC charge if it doesn't accept the application for any valid reason?

Is there any applicant whose application got returned or rejected after his/her CC/BD was cashed?
Anyways, still it's not an official AOR.

Rest, regarding "first come first serve" also seems dicey as I came across some applicants who saw their CC/BD cased with in 10 days of submission and there are others who sent months ago but still waiting for any confirmation from CIC.

Also it's unclear to me that a CAP of 1000 means 1000 applications simply received or 1000 applications received, opened, checked and got registered at CIO as in later case, the no. of applications received then may be 1,500 or more.

Any opinion?
regards

Hi everyone,

I sent my application the same day when CAP for NOC 1122 reached its max. limit. Now, I'm waiting for the return of my application from the CIO. My question is: how long will the CIO take to return files and fees? Will they send me a rejection letter?

I'm evaluating to submit a study visa application while waiting for July 1st, but I need most of the documents sent in my application.

Is anyone in this situation? Does anyone know the time CIO take to respond in this cases (full cap)??

Any help will be appreciated.

Regards

Hello vivimm,

CIO returned my application on September. Snail mail took about a month to deliver it. Package was pretty much intact--all forms and documents were returned.

Hope this helps, and good luck.

Hello thread followers. My CC was charged today!!! Seems that my application just managed to squeeze into the last lucky 60.

Would you be so kind as to update my entry on the tracker spreadsheet?

Hello forum members!

I would like to ask for an update on the tracking spreadsheet per the quote above.

Thank you and good luck to everyone.

What is the process for post june applicants? What will be the next step for them after receiving the 1st AOR? Do they have to deal with Visa Office as well? or will they directly receive the final decision and request for medicals/passports? Any idea?

The VO replied my application status today as below:

Hello

Re: BXXXXXXXX

We have located your file in the system. However, your physical paper file has not yet been received by this office.
According to CIO's information, file has been transferred to Taipei on Nov 25. You will be contacted when file is received and we begin to process your case.
You may inform us any changes of your personal information by e-mail.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Hi - this is very interesting. It seems that the next step is to get another AOR from visa office when our paper files from CIO have been successfully transferred there.

So I think what those who have received PER are now waiting for is for the first person to report their visa office has received their paper file?

Perhaps we need another column "2nd AOR received" and another colour? :)

Once the paper file is received, IMO it will take at least 6 weeks to do security/background checks and send medical requests, and that's IF they will do them right away and not queue them behind the existing pre-June-26 applicants who have reached the security/background check stage.

Getting your CC/BD cashed happens after your application has had a completeness check done. This means they check you've included all forms, completed all required fields, included all required supporting documents for both CIO and VO specific checklists, and included the correct payment fee.

After this, your application then has a full eligibility review within CIC. If this is successful you will receive an email (if you provided an email address) stating that you have had a positive final eligibility review on your application, and that your application is being transferred to CIO for further processing.

If you care to check this spreadsheet:-
https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AiJy8Qu8lcQbdGxiSnNhME5sVi1uRlZtUWNhOEFwemc&hl=ar&authkey=CLDXsFA#gid=0

This is derived from the main post-June-26 thread, and you will see on the returned applications tab a few people have had rejected applications after encashment due to insufficient work experience/NOC duties etc.

As for the 1000 cap, we think this means 1000 who have passed the initial completeness check and have had CC/BD cashed.

Great spreadsheet indeed :)

Dear Jocelynandjuno,

Can you please let us know what ur AOR/PER email says?

It will be great if u can copy paste the text (o course by removing ur file numbers/receipt numbers etc).....as we all know the standard AOR format that was pre 26 June but dont know the text/contents in the AOR/PER email after 26 June.

Thanks
