@ hub2, you made it...& your hard work and die-hard spirit paid off well...congrats..!!

My applications was received on 3rd Nov. and 10.33am by CIO and I've no idea about what shall I expect?
Anyways, life without hope is nothing more than a lamp without light..so I am keeping my all hope alive.

One thing I am greatly interested to know if CIO will properly return all application in a good form those failed to get into 1000? All the submitted doc. have a great worth for the applicants and I hope CIO will not just throw them away.

The same doc. can be re-submitted under another NOC, if possible as an applicant may be performing multi-tasks those cover more than 1 NOC codes as listed by CIO.

regards

As CIC updated caps limit for 1122 for 1000 is as of 3 Nov, I think you shouldn't be worry.

Your reply is a big respite from the stress I've been into as my application reached same day-3rd Nov. in the morning, the day when the CAP reached its max. limit.

So I am not very sure unless I get any sort of acknowledgment from CIO.
If I am included, all I can say that wonders do happen to poor souls.

Thanks anyways for your words that re-lit my lamp of hope.

Lets see

Let's suppose that your application is recieved by 3 Nov noon, and the cap limit reached at the end of 3 Nov.
Plz let us know if your CC or BD is encashed.

Sorry, but business development etc. roles don't fit into NOC1122. This was also mentioned amicably by one of successful applicants to me when I was framing my reference letter.

He cautioned me that there is a separate NOC Code for such profiles.
So take decision using your own wisdom now.

Rest, my application was received at 10:33am on 3rd November as posted by UPS on its website.

Now the only way to end all speculations is to see if any transaction happens at my Credit card.
And as soon as I see that, I'll inform all members here.

Hope is life~

FOR ALL THOSE
ASKING ABOUT NOC 1122
AND ELIGIBILITY
THE NOC IS OFFICIALLY CLOSED

TRY FITTING INTO A NEW NOC THAT IS NOT AS COMPETITIVE

GOOD LUCK

Hi to all 1122 NOC,
I helped a friend of mine to put together his documents. He finally sent it on the 30th September to CIO, They have sent his 1st AOR on the 7th of December.

So the CIO office does not operate on 1st come 1st serve as they say. It all depends on your file. This is because i know people who have been waiting since June and July.

I was so surprise when he got it and at the same time i was happy for him, since i was t he one helping him.

Wish all of you good luck.

Hi, please clarify. AOR on Dec 7? Do you mean Nov 7? If that’s the case, good news!!! Can you please share what it says on the AOR I’m sure it would be of great help to us all who are waiting. :)

Hi, in case Canadaforall doesn't get time to reply soon - as explained on the post-June-26 thread, this is 7th November (he made a typo and put 7th December). He is going to get his friend to give him full details tonight and then post on the thread.

So it does seem that the first post-June-26 AOR has been received, but let's wait for the full story!

Yes, i am very sorry it is a typing error. Yes it is the 1st and i was so surprised, because they are people who posted before him. But to tell the truth all the little mistakes that i made in my application were corrected in his. It was perfectly assembled. Even though my mistakes were not major mistakes , but it could delay my application. But i am happy my application is also in process right now. It is only delayed i guess for background check , since i had lived in different countries.

Details soon.

Thank you.

I am following your thread as well for post-June 26 applicants in any NOC. We are eagerly awaiting details. :)

Hi, when you say first AOR, what is its form?

Any acknowledgment via email or something else?

regards

Follow this thread. Seems like a false alarm though.

A false alarm, it seems :(

CIC sent him the London-specific checklist back highlighting the fact that he'd omitted his IMM5562 "Your Travels" form. Sounds like he's been pretty lucky if they haven't returned his entire application, because he's in NOC 1122 which is now full, so he may still get the opportunity to send the form back in and still be in the queue.

But from an AOR point of view, it unfortunately means that still no-one post-June-26 has received an AOR, or a rejection after CC/BD cashed, for that matter.

What the hell is going on at CIC???
