Well there is one good news I got from one lawyer

This news was published on 29 Oct 2010 on CIC website, the members of this forum shared with each other on 30th Oct morning itself. Did your laywer shared some extra news which in not available on CIC.

900 number is not the applications received till 29 Oct 2010, these are the applications got entered in their computer system and these may be of received at CIO till mid Sept 10. Sorry to say but it may be possible some of the applications received in Sept - Oct may not get space with in the CAP.

Hopefully we would get a news of Noc 1122 CAP full in next 2 days.

Sent application on 29th from Bangkok (Thailand), the day when 900/1000 application news was posted by CIC at its website.
UPS said my application would reach CIO-Sydney on coming Wednasday in Canada.

Well, of course there are clouds of doubts but life strives on hopes.
Although my submission is very close to CAP getting full, let's see what happens.

My current score of "82" and efforts of all others who helped me to reach this far wont go in waste, hopefully.

My file came back due to a credit card error.
I resent the application (accepted by CIO on 27th Oct) with a covering letter stating the error in the hope that the CIO would accept it on the date it was originally sent which is in Aug.

what are the odds of them accepting it on the original date?
and if not, would i still be able to make the cut if its reached 900 accepted application?

I am talking about some other (insider) information, so source/information cannot be verified (while I was cross checking with other lawyers), but will share here. More occupation will be added in 2011 related to business administration (including marketing, sales, admin); also CAP for business admin related will increase. The committee is discussing details of this and agreed details will be available by early 2011.

As per feedback from UPS, my application will be delivered to CIC on 3rd Nov. (i.e. today)
Do I stand a chance to get into lucky 1000 or the last 60?

It's a moment of life where any human would feel and understand that only GOD can save me in this race against time.

Anyways, good to luck to all aspirants who are yet to be part of last 60 applications.
I just pray for all those who needs the most to be part of next 60 should make it.

@hub2, you made it...& your hard work and die-hard spirit paid off well...congrats..!!

My applications was received on 3rd Nov. and 10.33am by CIO and I've no idea about what shall I expect?
Anyways, life without hope is nothing more than a lamp without light..so I am keeping my all hope alive.

One thing I am greatly interested to know if CIO will properly return all application in a good form those failed to get into 1000? All the submitted doc. have a great worth for the applicants and I hope CIO will not just throw them away.

The same doc. can be re-submitted under another NOC, if possible as an applicant may be performing multi-tasks those cover more than 1 NOC codes as listed by CIO.

NOC 1122, cap reached. Not sure if they have stopped recieving more applications.

Receiving application is not an issue. If one sends, they will receive it but may not be considered it as 1000 CAP is full already.

I hope CIO returns all the applications along with documents properly to those who failed... I am one of them..!! Got late by a week.

Good luck to all those who made it and I hope they all get visa stamped soon to see their dream coming true.
