Do remember that accountant was on the list earlier this year
based on CIO review, they totally dropped off accountant and auditors (saturation)

So you have to be very careful going forward.
I would say to try, you will not lose your fees if you dont qualify.

The key thing is to have your current accounting role J.D. slightly modified :)
to reflect management and professions services.............

Nothing beats a trial but a failure

Experts and Seniors, need your valuable feedback.
Looking at the trend of applicants under NOC 1122, which VO would you suggest applying under? I have 2 options- London or New Delhi.
Which VO as per your knowledge has a bigger backlog?
From what I had asked last, I was suggested to apply for N.Delhi as my VO. Would you all still suggest the same?

Thank you for your time.

Hi all, if it helps i would like to add my details to the list: richardo3 1122, application lodged 25th September via the Visa Bureau so office would be London i presume?

Funnily enough no news yet, i was told by my agent one of the best ways of knowing is when the payment leaves my bank account via Canadian Immigration - if anyone has a rough idea on this processing time from my location it would be great too, some seem to take under a month for this action to go through and others a few months.....

I also have one more query which could be a huge issue.....

My payment to the CIC is through a credit card form, my bank is Natwest and i gave my visa debit card details which isnt a credit card (i dont have a credit card) but a card that will work abroad without any problems - do you think will be an issue? If so i presume the application will be returned or can i add to the documents by sending a bankers draft instead?

Thanks,
Rich

I am a new member but have been regulary reading the posts on this forum. Very informative and helpful.

I am preparing my application under FSW NOC 1122 and had a couple of questions.

Is it okay if my job responsibilities in the reference letter is same as my application for the current job?

I was reading the document checklist and it said original transcripts in college sealed envelops. I dont have that and i dont think i want to wait for that. Has anyone sent non-sealed and application is successfully in consideration process??

Many thanks in advance for your response!!

GOOD. DO IT ASAP.

SAME COMPANY OK, DIFFERENT COMPANY BUT SAME JOB DETAILS WILL RAISE DOUBTS

THEY NEED IT SEALED. IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE, SIMPLY PROVIDE A LETTER STATING WHY YOU CANNOT PROVIDE ALONG WITH ORIGINAL TRANSCRIPT. I WOULD IN YOUR CASE GET THE SEALED ONE. NO RISK TAKING.

Many thanks in advance for your response!!
WELCOME. ABOVE BASED ON MY OPINION ONLY. DECIDE ON YOU OWN ;)

Thanks fromdubai.

I meant the same job i.e my current job. Duties on application and reference letter being exactly same will cause any doubts or not?

I did my graduation from India so getting trascript in sealed evelop from there will take time.

My masters is from London, Uk and I can get the sealed trascript in a day.

Do you think it would be okay if i incude a letter explaining the delay in sending graduation transcript in sealed evelop and include the unslead along with masters sealed to save time.

I know this is a risk but it might be more risky to wait!!!
Thanks
