Except for ONPNP which requires CRS 400 or more, most of the PNPs do not have CRS as an eligibility criteria. Some of them do require job offers and others just want you to be apply right away (as long as you have valid IELTS and degree evaluation at the time of application).

I have a few doubts regarding this NOC. I have one year and 6 month of experience working as a HR consultant , specifically working with salary surveys and compensation.

I believe this position goes under this NOC.

Any other suggestions? I don't want to be rejected because of this. I don't find any other NOC that relates to my responsibilities.

Please share your thoughts!

As long as you meet the minimum requirement of 1 year in the primary NOC under skill type 0, A or B, your CRS score will be unaffected by the number of different NOCs that you have worked in.

I am having 5 years experience as HR Professional. Currently waiting for my WES report (Masters). Expected CRS score is 424. I would like to know any province is having NOC 1121 in their demand list for PNP.
