Thank you very much for letting me know this.. I had calculated the score wrong and I was in expectation that Ill be eligible to SINP (mim 60 point) but after doing the calculation correctly I dont think so Ill be eligible for SINP also,, 20 points for bachelor degree + 6 points for 3 years...

Yea I am retaking IELTS,, I am not sure if education has to be directly connected to work experience.. best thing what you can do is send a email to CIC and ask them your NOC they will come back to you in few days.. so have you submitted your profile for SINP
