Dear forum members,

I received my CAIPS report today but no activity is mentioned in the caips report. Its only says,

PAPER FILE SENT TO PA FILE BF'D TO: FRR ON 18-09-2011

It also mentions

FILE READY FOR REVIEW

but I understand no action has been done on my file.

My ECAS shows IN PROCESS with RBVO inside. Can you please suggest if any action has taken place on my file or when any action is going to take place. I am yet to receive the MR though the RPRF is received by NDVO and this is mentioned in the CAIPS Notes.

Hi Friend!

Our timelines, NOC and Visa office are same. My status is also In Process with RBVO. I was thinking of applying for Caips, but looking at your results, I think I should wait for 1 month more.

Don't worry. Your file is ready for review and I hope yours and other members who submitted full documents in June-10 & July-10 will be in actual process within 2-3 months now. I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I am not discouraging you but I think it will take more time then u think, because i am jan,10 applicant, ftd on 26.3.10 & docs submission on 30.4.10 but still no update, i think i am one of the oldest applicants (pre june 10), look at my timeline... my address also got disappear & re appeared last week , this was for the third time since last 6 months.. ..give yr feedback on it...

sorry for late reply
as u said i did it two months back after completion of my 16th month , but they replied me specifically not to write for update again sinc emy case is still awaiting update... this is what they clearly wrote...& also told me that no update has been made on my file since march,11.
That is why I am telling you that i may be the oldest one to get an update..my case is not as confusing.. means it is very straight forward case.. but all this is luck dear...

You r right. Nothing we can do other than waiting, It all depends on our luck. May be god is waiting for the right time for all of us to lend there. Wish you good luck and hope you receive some positive news very soon.

They are processing based on the IELTS score, whoever have 8score and above they all got the Visa or their process is faster then others.

They are looking at files which have good IELTS score.

So no FIFO or FTD or any other date...This is only my observation...

I think your observation is not correct, because I have seen applicants with 8 Band and whose FTD is before June-10 are still waiting for MR. Also, they can't do it that way. This is my opinion, and I may be wrong.

I am 50% agree but they are taking all the factors in to consideration to process the file.. but if we are talking about serial numbers then it is based on full documents submitted to the visa office..
