I dont think WES evaluates only Tripura issued degrees since in my case one of the degress were issued from ICFAI Dehradun.
for the marksheet attestation its pretty easier and ICFAI people really cooperated unlike govt. universities hopeless people.
Firstly u need to register with WES, pay the fees arnd 200 CAD and then u get a reference no.
get printouts of Academic request form , put the reference no. in that and send it to ICFAI Hyderabad address along with copies of your degress and marksheets and do mail them as well on the ssd@icfaiuniversity.in id so that they are aware of it along with courier docket no.
they will send it back to you in a sealed envelope which you can then send it to WES by yourself.
Of course ICFAI charges some money for this job. i paid 200 rs. they didnt charge courier.
One imp thing when sending docs to ICFAI, send it via Bluedart only. Works easier for them to enter ICFAI.
ICFAI did this job in 10 days. max
Now WES, they evaluated my both degrees to Two Bachelors Degree (Four Years) that comes to 22 pts arnd.
I hv still not received my official report unfortunately ( i did the blunder of selecting standard mail instead of courier delivery) and i m still awaiting official hard copies. Its been 25 days since they sent and i hv not yet received.
