My father have applied under the noc 0213.we sent the application 2nd feb n they received it on 9th.we got no reply yet
have any idea how much time thwy gna take?another thing i want to know .why people doing ilets after applying ?

Seems to be 2 months for CIO to do the initial review. He should be hearing this month per what I have read.

IELTS should have been taken before you sent in the application.Although you don't need to send in the IELTS test result along with the application at Sydney NS. But if you have evaluated yourself at high proficiency and gave yourself 16 points but at your local Visa post if you are unable to prove it and submit the supporting documents, you can be inadmisissible for mis-representation under Sec 40(1)(a) of Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

I am Just a Student and becoming a Consultant . So, I can't be giving a legal advise but this is something I am repeating from the Act. For further information please refer to IRPA or CIC.

And how did you manage to give yourself 8 points in adaptability?

If evrything else is OK, then yeah Blueboy is right and study hard in IELTS and bump to 67 points. But looks like they will return your file for now...

as a citizen and
she has done 2 yrs bachelors

we are alrdy not v much hopeful so we want to go to a consultant hes gna take 4 lacs(pakistani money) should we alrdy talk to him and not wait for the file or aor?
