NOC 0213- duties matches .. but designation is different

hi..

i have been in IT field for almost 7+ years and have been performing managmenet related duties as mentioned in 0213 NOC but dont have title as manager.

I have got a reference letter from my company saying my designation as 'analyst' and my role as project manager.

what should i write in your occupation field?

analyst or project manager?

Your designation doesn't matter, your job duties should be matched.

There are different designations for NOC:0213 in different countries.....

If your job duties matches, if you can prove it, your can apply for visa..

Yes, you can write your real designation as it is analyst, it may be in your pay slip, appointment letter or reference letter.....

But provide them strong proof you have worked for NOC:0213 designation....get the updated reference letter from your employers with all the job duties of NOC: 0213...

Write ur actual designation in form and NOC code as 0213. If you reference letter certifies that you have duties which matches the 0213 NOC job duties, you should not have any problems

Yes .. my reference letter certifies this.... but we dont send the letter to CIO then on what basis, CIO verifies that? Should i write complete resposibilites as mentioned in my ref doc which obviously not fit in the space provided in the form. How about writing all the responsibilites in a separate sheet and attache with the form?

Right now i have put major responsibilites which can fit in the space provided.

Let me tell you about 0213 :
there are programmers and circuit designers

there are heads of team of programmers and circuit designers

but there are those who manage communications from sponsors, hire programmers and designers and heads of their teams and coordinate their activities - 0213.

now see for yourself how does it apply to you.

Warning! Don't copy the description of duties from NOC verbatim! It is considered self-serving.

Put major responsibilities in form and at the end write " continue to sheet number : 1",

write detailed job duties again in well designed format into new separate sheet, there should be unique number for every sheet.
