I think your CC will get charged by tomorrow. Try to check your CC statement tomorrow if you have online access to your CC statement.

If your CC didn't get charged tomorrow then I think maximum by after tomorrow you should expect that.

This sometimes happens that it takes more then 10-wees for some applicants to get their CC charged or DD encashed. But no need to worry. Now you have the right to send message to CIO. Use any one of following options or use both options to contact CIO about your case:-

First Option:-
You should send message to:- cio-sydney-search-enquiry (at) cic.gc.ca
In your message you should provide your complete name, date of birth, date and time of receipt of your application at CIO, courier details(awb and name of courier), NOC, Passport number, and any other relevant details. Better to attach PDF file of Generic application file as direct reference to them so that they can easily trace your application. This is one way by sending message to them. But it should be done if you did not hear anything even after 10-weeks of receipt of the application.

Second Option:-
Second way is by calling CIC/CIO on the number given below and follow the instructions (copied-pasted with thanks to forum members who shared it):-
1.Call at – 0016139444000
2.Select 1 for English
3.Then 1 for foreign affair
4.2 for immigration
5.Call is being transferred to CIC
6.Then 1 for English
7.2 for status
8.1 for PR
When it asks you to enter UCI number just be on hold n let it say it 3 times then the call is automatically transferred to an agent. Once you reach an agent, ask them for UCI number. You may have to try multiple times before being successful. Once you have UCI number, you may be able to check status on ECAS.

You can adopt both options if already more then 10-weeks have passed and you have not heard anything from CIC/CIO.

Please update SS when you have news and share your experience on the forum.

Yes, I can understand and you have genuine reason to worry about. Could you please share more details about your application like from where you have sent it and what is your country of Nationality and whether you are currently working as purchasing manager and how many years of experience etc.

Moreover, you can also follow above two options that I mentioned in my previous post above this post.

Parallel to all these follow with your postal service and check with people residing at return address to know that God-forbid your application would have been returned as worst case scenario. I don't want to disappoint you but the time is not reasonable that it has taken for your application specially our NOC 0113 is a cool one and most of applications got their CC charged within a period of 50-60 days period of submitting of application.

Thank you. Ill try both.

I contacted CIC via telephone but the gentleman says he cannot give me any information whatsoever. Additionally, I am calling outside of Canada which makes it worst.....

Keep trying. You may be lucky if you can reach some ladies operator and she may give you your UCI.

I don't see any reason that ladies or gents will make a difference. It all depends upon person who is sitting there and your way of convincing him and most important poin is that sufficient time has been elasped since your application got received and preferably you would have already gotton your CC charged or DD encashed, in that case anyone whether lady or gent will provide you the UCI.
