I have worked in Dubai and AUH both as a Purchasing & Procurement Manager in Interior construction and Design for 4 years. I have also updated the link you sent me. Currently into Contracts and Business Development role....Kept changing due to a good offer!

Hi Anush. Seen your Timeline.. Mine is similar to yours, 2nd line in ECAS means- We started processing your application on XXXX date. When you click on "in process" you will another page opens and you can see 1st line as we received your appplication on XXXX date which follows with 2nd line. I think you are yet to receive 2nd line as me.

Well it depends.. as soon as 2nd line is updated, we get MR in next few days and it depends on which VO your file has gone, for eg mine has gone to Warsaw VO. Now in some other thread i passed on some info about timelines post AOR. below for your ref.

Some body asked- what do u think, how much time passes between aor and mr?? a month?

I replied- It depends, as per my observation if the file is in NDVO, it takes only 20 to 30 days from AOR to MR. But for Warsaw it takes 3 to 4 months. but NDVO takes 3-4 months from MR to PPR , whereas Warsaw takes just few days from MR to PPR which covers the time wasted in AOR to MR at Warsaw. This is just one case observation. Below is the details from other thread for your info.

our form was received at cic on 17 dec..till date our dd has not been encashed..today we called cic to check the status and he replied that our form has been returned on jan 27..Dont know the reason why it has been returned..greatly disappointed..

Have you applied for just this NOC or others too

Hi All.. I'm considerable new to the forum.. I'm planning to apply for EE for NOC 113 Purchase Manager. My experiences are as below:

Can I apply under the Purchase Manager NOC 113. I'm a B. Tech Graduate in ECE. No MBA. Am I eligible? The NOC description on hrsdc website shows as below:

1. A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or economics is usually required.
2. Purchasing managers responsible for units purchasing specialized materials or business services may require a related degree or diploma. For example, a bachelor's degree or college diploma in engineering may be required for purchasing managers responsible for purchasing industrial products.
3. The designation Supply Chain Management Professional (S.C.M.P.) or registration in the educational program of the Purchasing Management Association of Canada may be required.
4. Several years of experience as a purchasing agent or officer are required.

I don't have degree or diploma in business administration, commerce or economics. I worked in middle east only, no canada experience. And I dont have S.C.M.P. registration. Have 5 years experience in Purchasing Domain.

Your advices are highly appreciated..

get WES certification for yourself and your wife.
SCMP is not a problem do the CPSM certification from ISM(Institute of supply management)
Should not be a problem if you dont have an MBA, as Mine was from a non recognized Institute.

My application receving date is 17th Dec, DD encashed date is 9th Feb , PER date is 4th March. Pls update it if possible .
