Hardly found a single case in UAE whose verification of background was done. I didnt hear anyone claiming. But for security it is 100% because it is a national issue.

nowhere it says you should manintain funds in your account until the application is processed. Imagine a situation of emergency where you are forced to pull out all your funds in one day and you return back after 3 days in your account . Would you disqualify from going to canada? I think there...
