Hardly found a single case in UAE whose verification of background was done. I didnt hear anyone claiming.
But for security it is 100% because it is a national issue.

From trends I observed one thing that One VO can work on an applicant file for specific period. After that applicant file is shuffled and move to other VO. As in your case file moved from KKB to RFI and vice versa. Welcome to RFI club and best of luck for your smooth quick further processing.

Al-Humdo-Lillah, good news to share!​

Dear Friends,

first of all I request you all to congratulate me saying the below mentioned words:

O'Allah! Help me as well, as i am among one of the applicants"

Guys, I appeared for interview, in UAE - Thanks to Almighty Allah, I Cleared the interview.​

Interview Experience:​

As usual VO was a nice, professional and experienced young-man.
he interviewed me for approximately more than 1 hour, 85-90% interview time spent on my Employment Experience. so main focus was job experience.

off course he was a nice guy, calm and cool, in a pleasant mood.

at the end he obtained my PCC + updated forms, informed me that he is satisfied.
he told me that i will get MR + RPRF within 15 days.

thats it.

MY Advice:​

1- each and every case is different so please carry maximum amount of documents regarding your background (Job etc) so you can provide documentary evidence.
2- always speak truth, truth , truth and only truth. - you can't cheat them.
3- arrive there before 45 minutes, it will help you to be relaxed.
4- get there , properly organised.
5- well dressed but as per seasonal conditions.
