Hi guys, i was gonna go with 1111 of CEC, but now FSW is my only choice,but my agent said the cap might be full cause there is 450 already. is anyone going send the package recently or has any clue about the cap??

Don't listen to your agent. Only 450 applications reached at CIC towards NOC 1111 as on November 26th, 2014. I did also send my application on December 01, 2014 under NOC 1111. There is plenty of space left in this NOC, according to analysis.

There is not a plenty of space left! If you will look more carefully, the no. of received applications per spreadshit represent only about 20% of worldwide total. If you'll multiply 200 per spreadsheet by 5 you'll get around 1,000! Also there were few 24 Sept applicant charges for NOC 1111 (ahread of other NOCs) that could mean that they are trying to cap this NOC.

If you can resubmit please do so if the profession or closely related profession
is still available.

Hi Rajat,

As per the current scenario, All the applications which were received by CIC in June has received their PER or Rejection information. In your case since you are sure that credit card has not been swiped yet ( means no payment charged by CIC, Presuming that you sent Credit card as the only mode of payments), it could be due to payment decline issues, or if you were not eligible, you should have received your refusal email. There can be some unexplained scenarios as well and hence instead of speculating and being negative about the situation ( As the outcome of the file is not in your hands) I would suggest you speak to customer care of CIC and drop and email as well and enquire about the situation. Never mind, i would suggest Express entry is opening in January and all your documents are ready, first draw will come out in Jan end, so meanwhile you can start reviewing that and get ready to upload your file on 01 Jan 2015 when it opens. If you are lucky in Jan draw and your file gets shortlised, trust me you will get processed much faster and by June2015, you can expect to get your passport stamped. So rejection at this stage, if it gets confirmed is not the end to Canadian journey and I hope all your documents were in order and there was no concern in terms of eligibility at your end. Be positive as getting a visa to canada is not the aim but to be successful and happy in there is the ultimate aim and that can come when we take a positive approach. Many failures will come post landing and only positive approach can take us far towards our vision and mission for the future. All the best ...PA
