period of training would pertain to NOC for which you have started working after completion of MMT trainee. Lot depends upon as to what u did during training period. So details of the activities will highlight the actual NOC.and elaboraiton on mmt trainee record of duties is must.

i believe, yes you can show this as work experience. They have just mentioned the 30 working hours requirement. So this may be part time job, full time job or training period.

Atleast i myself have counted this towards my expeiernce points.

whatever description given under 1114 is for the categories covered within 1114 so you should prepare accordingly.

I am applying under NOC1114 and also got my job description on letter head from my company.
and recommend solution to them
The job responsibility letter include:-

Indentify prospective clients,approach them,give introductory and product presentations to them,build relationship,design appropriate solution for the clients,close the sales,do paperwork in compliance with the law and internal procedures and provides continuous service to clients.

making financial assessment of potential clients and recommend solution to them that will assist in resolving their financial planning.
monitoring and reviewing the clients portfolio on monthly basis and advice re allocation if required

and 2 points more ...........hope job description is in line with the noc1114 list? suggestion required.

Title isn't important, duties matter. You're fine.

Guys i am now hearing that there is another way to get certified in Canada to work as a CPA. All that is needed is to be licenced in any one of the 52 states in the US as a US CPA and it can be transferable to Canada. Can anyone verify this method?

Hi Ahmad321, sorry to say but NOC1112 is kinda HOT and you may not be able to be within cap. if you have other Finance related experience, you may want to consider those other NOC like 0111,1111 etc. Just try...

If you submit a reference letter without the job roles stated, your application will be returned. It's as simple as that. What you can do is get your supervisor/senior colleague to issue the reference letter in CIC complete format with roles stated. If you can't get it on company letterhead, use plain paper but attach your supervisor's call/business card. Add this letter together with the one you got from the company and submit in your application. Cheers

Roles and responsibilities to be captured on stamp paper and to be attested by designated notary...this will solve the purpose.

I have (past) 1yr and 9 month work Exp as Accountant (2010 to 2011), and other 2yr and 3 month of Exp as Document Controller ... (2012 till date)

1) am I eligible to apply for NOC1111
2) How many points would it be consider for Experience ?
3) what is Experience conditions or minimum criteria to apply for NOC1111

Hello everyone. I am going to submit my PR application in NOC 1111 on 15 September. Am I too late or should I go ahead. CIC website only shows 56 applications against NOC1111 right now.
