Thank You for your prompt reply.

Yes i have tried all possible option and haven't got one. Therefore quite worried about the timeline.

Your reply concerns me. Is it really to worry?

Thank You

I don't know. Nobody knows. It is all guesswork. Everyone on the forum seems to be suggesting that everyone in hot NOCs apply ASAP.

Hi, chartered accountancy certificate is a professional certification not educational qualification. WES is not concerned with that so send your bachelor's degree to them as soon as possible if that is your highest educational qualification.

Just the married name. Fill in the maiden name where asked.

(I am assuming her legal name is Jane Doe, not "Jane doe nee Brown." But if it is different in your country please follow the typical procedure in your country.)

Thanks for the response future, appreciate it! I was actually preparing a letter to be sent with the application to explain the situation ;)

Your degree certificate will do for applying to the FSW program. If it is not a Canadian degree, however, you will need to get it evaluated to see if it is equivalent to a Canadian bachelor's degree.

Refer to details here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/factor-education.asp

thanks

If you have at least one year of continuous full time experience in an eligible NOC, as determined by your duties in that position, NOT your job title or educational background, then you are eligible. Assuming of course you meet the other requirements.

Hi everyone

I am applying for canadian immigration under fswp announced, and have few questions pertaining same :

1)I am applying under 1114 NOC which is other financial officers---- financial planner ......... is this a hot/sought after category
2)they have asked for reference letter from employees and i have spoken to most of the hr and they are not willing to give the same. is there any alternate like an affidavit from an ex colleague , or even if you are declaring that you won't be able to give the same on company letterhead what should you exactly write in that declaration.
3)For background verification pcc is required , is it required for a three year old child as well..

regards

Hi, NOC 1212 is not eligible this year. Try any of the eligible NOCs after you review their duties and responsitibilities to see if you fit in. All the best.

that's disappointing. while checking with one of the consultant they said my duties are eligible for assistant accountant..

1. It's thought that all finance-related NOCs are hot.
2. A letter from an ex-colleague is ok, but better to be from a supervisor. This letter should explain the writer's basis for knowing what your duties were. Also can you get any letter at all from HR, say just confirming your employment dates and salary? The combination of both is better than nothing at all from the company.
3. PCC is only required for adults 18+ (16+ in some jurisdictions, check CIC's web site).

Any idea on number of applications received by CIO for Finance ?
