Hey all

I am applying for FSW 2014. If I will send my file within 10 days to CIC then will it be within the cap?

I am really worried that if it will reach after the cap reached then everything I have done will be useless.

I will apply under 1111 or 0111.

Pls... guys share me info if some one have knowledge about it.

0111 and 1111 have been added this year. So as per that most of the applicant would start getting Transcripts, ECAs and IELTS post that announcement only.

Should take some time.

Would suggest, take it easy and keep working on the file with positive mindset bec post landing, real challenge is to face the unseen.

So lets be positive on this .

paddy,

they have evaluated CA degree equivalent to bachelor degree. so there will be no benefit as far as point is concern. but If you are CA then you are more suitable than B.com for canadian economy. That is my thinking. Otherwise its fine.

You are right because CA transcript and marksheet attestation will take more than 15 days so your decision is right. Institute is really pathetic in issuing transcript n all.

Have you prepared other documents?

Bhavik,

I am collecting all other documents and Police verification will take two months as verification etc is pending.

With your CA+B.Com, you have two bachelor degrees and as per that you can claim 22 point while with B.Com you get 21 only. so there is a benefit of 1 point.

Hi all

Good to see this group.

Very quick in submitting. How did you manage to send your application so quickly bec IELTS and WES will take 15 days atleast?

Can you give an idea on WES assessments and points you claimed?

Hi everyone,
good to see separate thread for F&A.

I have done my WES and I have done B.Com and M.Com through distance, but my report showing
1.B.Com as Bachelor degree (3 years) Canadian equivalency
2.M.Com as Bachelor degree (4 years) Canadian equivalency

but how do I claim 23 points as Master degree.for my application?
and does it mean 4 years Canadian Bachelor degree equal to Indian master degree?
how many points I can claim for above case.?

Please please advise.

thanks

Paddy

Don't wait for police verification...

It will be needed before issuance visa. Generally they ask for it with medi. Checkup. Further it is valid for 6 months so try for it after u file application.

I am applying for fsw and my wife and daughter are dependent

My wife is pharmacist and doing job. But don't have the appointment letters and duty letters.

So if I apply now and show my wife's occupation as housewife.

After getting PR in Canada my wife apply for job and show experience in India will that creat prob for us that we have submitted false informations in PR APPLICATION.

Is it fine or not?

PR and job are 2 different things.

First you need to get PR by any means true or false

But it's always good to disclose all facts

And your wifes papers are not going to effect PR process or points calculation except IELTS RESULTS.

I know that.

I want to disclose her job exp. but we don't have documentary evidence.

So is it going to create prob?

I recon chose noc code which matches your job profile

Try to arrange referral letter close to noc code you select

Dear Friends - I'm also planning to apply under NOC 1111 at the earliest, however I have a slight question regarding the Educational Credential Evaluation.

The CIC website clearly states that all applicants need an ECA. However for regulated professions such as NOC 1111 do we need to get an additional ECA from an accounting body in canada? I've requested an ECA from World Education Services. I couldn't find any information on the CA Canada website regarding ECA.

Please let me know your thoughts.
Thank you!
