Please send following documents and be optimistic:
1) Offer letter of the bank ( PNB or xyz)
2) Payslips copies from the date of joining
3) List of General roles and responsibilities applicable to your grade in bank
4) Any other document ( Increment letters, etc. etc ) to corroborate the fact that you are continuously working with the bank since joining.
5) Get an affidavit made and explain the reason why you are submitting all these documents and why can't you provide any specific reference letter from the organisation you work with.

Hi Paddy78,thanks for ur awesome reply. Another clarification needed. Actually my designation is Asst Manager and I'm performing general banking activities. Can I apply under 1114 other financial officer. The job roles given under this code is not that clear. I can't apply under financial manager also. Kindly suggest me whether NOC 1114 suits my title.

Best 5 activities you are doing in bank,
If this will be written somewhere in your roles and responsibilities letter or bank internet site or your offer letter that you are supposed to do such activites.

Can have a look and suggest.

Quick check for you ( Whatever you are saying you are doing there, should be somewhere written on your employers's provided documents or internanet or generic statement we get, ) I can't say I am a finance manager by title and do audit of bank. it should be the part of some sort of document. Best would be , speak to your branch manager and get a generic list on letter head and get it signed and stamped. Normaly in India , HR team doesn't issue such list of responsibilities and a letter from branch manager should be fine to prove your list of activities.

No seprate evaluation required for Indian ca max you will get 21 points which you may also get by evaluating your bachelor degree however if you have 2 of those, in your case ca + bachelor you get 22 points hence ca is worth 1 point

Not yet buddy, cool down. 1000 slots is a lot to fill but we will make it.

I think it will take about 60 days for 1000 cap . And for those who will not make it to the list thrs express entry.

Applying under NOC 1111. My application is almost on its way.

Dear Friends - I'm also planning to apply under NOC 1111 at the earliest, however I have a slight question regarding the Educational Credential Evaluation.

The CIC website clearly states that all applicants need an ECA. However for regulated professions such as NOC 1111 do we need to get an additional ECA from an accounting body in canada? I've requested an ECA from World Education Services. I couldn't find any information on the CA Canada website regarding ECA.

Please let me know your thoughts.

WES is fine for evaluating credentials for this NOC. A possible added benefit to using them is that you can use the same ECA (or maybe with an upgrade to course by course evaluation) if you plan to apply to become a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in Canada. I think regulation of the profession only applies if you will be holding out yourself as a chartered or public accountant. In many situations, having a CA/CPA (or CMA and CGA for that matter) is not required to work in many organisations, but it may be recommended. At least with this, it's one step closer.

Rest documents are ready, just need to fill in forms but waiting for WES outcome and results .

keep each and everything ready so you can send the application on the day you receive the WES or the next day.
