You must be lucky to have UCI number, I tried several times but every time the agent said it is too early, wait for 10 weeks. The experience is good but not necessary. Hope the best for you. I am worried 18 DEC. Applicant. Lets hope for the best.

I am getting worried as some other NOC applicants are getting charged even their app. date is behind mine(Mine is 19th of Dec.)
I think NOC 0015 had been frozen until last week.
I hope we will get charged and also given PER soon!! ;D

All we can do is hope for the best and yes you are very much true that the NOC is Frozen one, also it took little more time for DD applicants than CC applicants almost 10 to 15 days more approximately. So Follow the 10 weeks wait from date of received. only than you are officially eligible to ask CIC call agent regarding any update.

Just got confirmation from Bank.

My application was received by cic on december 3 my credit card was charged last january 28, 2015... no per yet..
