MY application reached CIC on June 24th. DD cashed on October 9th. PER October 21st

Also there is no mention of date charged on letter. But it was on 12 Dec. also no mention of visa office.

Just want to know I haven't sent police certificate with the application because wouldn't get on time. Shall I apply for it now. Or wait for request from CIC.

recently Pakistan changed the rules for getting PC after Peshawer incident. now police will take minimum 10 days for issuance of PC so it is better to start working on it in feb. or march so that you can have it intime when requested by cic.
