pls write your concerns regarding NOC 0015

Dear greatshaz, I'm new to this forum.I have 8 years experience as MANAGING DIRECTOR of a company engaged in SALES and SERVICE of ELECTRONIC WEIGHING SCALES. Am I eligible to apply under 0015? Please help. I report to the BOARD OF DIRECTORS and my duties match those in the NOC.

it all depends on 4 factors which is ur age , education if they fulfill with yr experience plus ielts than u qualify ....

- education should be masters
- age should be between 35 to 37
- ielts score than 6 n above in all
- experience should be related to yr masters degree

Well,I have a BA and LL.B degree. Won't I get 23 points for professional degree? I'm 40 years old.Will I qualify if I can manage high scores for language?

yr degree in law but yr experience in sales that may contradict , its best to consult with a professional consultant , check how many points u will get for age as 35 age get max of 12 points i dont knw for 40 ?

Nowhere there does it say you need to have a masters degree or that you must be between 35 to 37.

Employment requirements

A university degree or college diploma in business administration, finance or other discipline related to the service provided is usually required.

Several years of experience as a middle manager in trade, broadcasting or other service are usually required.

Specialization in a particular functional area or service is possible through specific university or college training in that area or through previous experience.

Senior managers in finance usually require a professional accounting designation.

im not saying tht u cant apply if ur more than 37 anyone can apply but maximum point of age will be till 35 as soon u r older than that, yr age points will be reduced gradually .... just check on web how much points for age 40?

sales target, forecasting
and arrange workshops for farmers with foreign experts.

I did my Commonwealth MBA an international recocnized program.

What I do is

This info here determines if you have the relevant experience to qualify. The lead statement is very important and the listed main duties you have a significant amount of experience for most of the main duties but not all.
