I applied for a PR renewal with my partner in May 2021 - we both meet the criteria to get new cards.

I since had to leave Canada and I'm now going through the PRTD process, but I've seen people who applied for renewals later (in July) already get their PR cards sent to them.

Is there something I missed? When I sent the application, I was living in Quebec but soon moved back to BC. Could they have sent it back to that address? Did I miss it? I never got an email or call... nothing.

They are not answering the phones or my emails, so I'm really not sure what to do. It's already cost us a lot to submit the applications and now the PRTDs too. I am not sure if I should start all over again or keep waiting in silence...

Any advice is welcome. TY.

It might be a possibility that they sent something to Quebec's address. Are you able to check your status via eCAS or GCkey?

It looks like you moved around a lot which may have delayed processing. How many days have you spent in Canada in the past 5 years?
