I applied my pr on nov 20 my estimated processing time is may 20. There is no update other than approval of medical exam in my application till now. Is this how it is supposed to be?

Perfectly normal, it's not uncommon for an application to take way beyond the 6 months (9, 10, 11 months, or even 1+ year).

But mine is express entry. It says the maximum time period is 6 months !!

There's no maximum time, each case is different. 6 months is kind of a general idea on how long MOST cases take.

With the coronavirus situation, I would expect cases to take even longer to process right now...just be patient

There were no further updates. So I submitted a web form. I got a reply that my eligibility has not been reviewed yet. Criminality is passed and security is not initiated.
