I am just amazed to learn that no one in this forum has received an invitation for today's virtual ceremony.

The virtual ceremony you are talking about is an online event for everyone. It is not a citizenship oath ceremony... Probably they are giving people once more chance to celebrate as Canadians...

To decide the schedule of virtual/video oath invite for ceremony ready clients (decision made e-status), it's all up to the discretion of your case processing officer you have file under. Probably, he/she is the one who interviewed you on your citizenship test day.

His/her discretion is based on a lot of factors, circumstances, internal rules and regulations including procedural fairness etc. IRCC helpline and webform agents can only tell you about what information is already available on your file (same as online e-CAS status). They cannot do anything unless it is sort of urgent enquiry or pressing need. In that case, they may forward your case specific enquiry directly to your case processing officer (IRCC local office). Again, it's totally up to the officer to decide.

If you have their contact email or phone #, send them email or call them to inquire.
Ask them if they have mailed it out and how long it would take to receive certificate and whether its been sent as registered or ordinary mail.
At least they should've sent/emailed an electronic copy too

Congratulations!!! Looks like an in-person oath ceremony invitation to me. Reasons: (1) Ecas update before any phone call. (2) Also, the notice provides a 14-day time period like previous in-person notification. Others who have received a virtual oath ceremony invitation can verify this better.
Let us see how it turns out. Things are moving slowly but surely in a positive direction.
