To decide the schedule of virtual/video oath invite for ceremony ready clients (decision made e-status), it's all up to the discretion of your case processing officer you have file under. Probably, he/she is the one who interviewed you on your citizenship test day.
His/her discretion is based on a lot of factors, circumstances, internal rules and regulations including procedural fairness etc. IRCC helpline and webform agents can only tell you about what information is already available on your file (same as online e-CAS status). They cannot do anything unless it is sort of urgent enquiry or pressing need. In that case, they may forward your case specific enquiry directly to your case processing officer (IRCC local office). Again, it's totally up to the officer to decide.
