No "second review", but nothing after medical request---Should I GIVE UP ?

Hi seniors,

I am a March applicant and received Medical Request on Sept.27.

The GCMS note from 2.20 showed "recommend passed" since Sept.26, but nothing until now.

My due date is today, may I expect they will take out my file and review it ?

What else could I do ? Should I give up waiting on this and start to prepare EE again ?

I think background check is ongoing. I have similar timeline as you.
App Received - March, 2014
"Recommended Passed" - Sept. 2014
"In Process" - Jan ,2015,
"DM" - March, 2015

But until March.6 the note still showed "recommend passed", no one touches the file after Sept.26.
My online status never changed.

Should I give up ?

They do touch the file. It's just not reflected in GCMS notes. Background check may take different time for different people.

I hope they do touch the file...

My MP office told me on Jan.15 that my file was "in queue for review"
That's why I say no one touches it...

But today is my due date. Can I expect them review it ?

That's why I say no one touches it...

That mean your file is undergoing second review, so please be patient in this case.
due date make no sense for second review cases.

There is no where on my note said "review required by officer" as normal second review case.

Well, I thought "in queue for review" is not equal to "second review"
Because I saw they said once you have "review required by officer" in the note, that is called "second review"

I could be wrong.
