I thought "Due Date" was meant to be an indication of when the whole process is expected to wrap up - i.e. PR application finalized

RC 6262 is just the centre for processing, it is not any particular officer.
My application was assigned to RC 6262 since Sept 09, 2014.

But they did review my file after the eligibility due date listed.
Take a look the due date on the eligibility section, you can kinda guess-estimate when your file will be 'touched' next.

I already received and completed MR last Oct.

And my note didn't say "review required by officer", it was "recommend passed"

I meant due date under the eligibility section.
If your file is "queue to be reviewed", it should be done by the due date listed there. (At least that was my experience)
Of course, there is no guarantee if it will indeed happen on that day, so take it as the "best-estimate".

My friend Life does not starts and end at Canadian PR
However I do understand your feeling . because most of us are having more complicated situation .

I am also feb applicant , did all , still waiting because of Medical
did upfront medical , again surveillance medical , got confirmation about that from CIC on jan 2015 and got for MR request system enerated email again on march . whats wrong with CIC :'( :'(

called Call center , they are saying all passed only MR in progress .and agent said dont do medical again just fwd upfront mr receipt again (but this is all over phone, not received any email reply which i mailed CIC 3 times on this).
Don't know what to do , whether go for MR gain or not. they gave me 30 days time to do MR. (can't they check there file for my upfront MR. :-X :-X)

Meet my MP also . lets see what he is saying now .
But yes bottom line we can't do any thing as nothing in ur hand

Ohh.. sorry to hear that...
If you did upfront medical, do you have the IME number, your receipt and everything ? You can send them to CIC so that they would know...

Already sent e mail (3 times) but no response from CIC end .
What I should consider it . whether they are OK with that or want me to do MR again . No idea

I think you can do as the call center agency said.

Yours is still better than me, all passed except medical...

My file was recommended passed from 12 Sep 2014 , and till 2 weeks back it was eligibility was in "In progress". (2 days back only i came to knwo it is passed when called CIC agent) so don't worry . ECAS also changed to in process on 18th march'15 only.

For you it is not to late just give some time all will be fine
